正弦波直流无刷电机数字控制系统研究

摘    要:设计了一种基于DSP的正弦波直流无刷电机数字控制系统,以TMS320F2812为控制芯片,采用转子位置信号获得SPWM调制信号,介绍了该控制系统的硬件电路和软件控制策略,并研制了一台以DSP为控制核心的实验样机.实验结果表明,正弦波驱动直流无刷电机具有运行平稳、噪声小、转矩波动小、效率高等优点.正弦波驱动技术已成为直流...

Abstract:This paper designsed the sinusoidal BLDC digital control system based on DSP.As a DSP controller,TMS320F2812 that the company produces with TI is to control a chip.It adoped the rotator location signal to gain PWM modulated signal and then discussed the hardware and software.An experimental motor has been manufactured with DSP.Experimental results show that the system has advantages of steady station,low noise,low torque ripple,high efficiency and so on.The technic of sinusoidal drive becomes one of develop...
