卫星天线指向机构控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:卫星天线指向机构是通讯卫星和中继卫星等航天器的关键部件之一.为了达到卫星天线指向机构的高精度大力矩控制,设计了一种基于DSPC31+ FPGA数字控制器的控制系统实现方案.该系统以分离器件搭建的轴角解码系统获取旋转变压器的位置信号,并采用矢量控制的方法驱动永磁同步电机.实验结果表明,本控制系统最大输出力矩可达到50 Nm.在带50 kgm2转动惯量的模拟负载时,定位误差小于±28″且运动过程平稳,实现了指向机构高精度大力矩控制,对于卫星综合性能的提高具有重要的意义与应用价值.
