现浇混凝土空心无梁楼板的施工质量控制

摘    要:简述了GBF管及现浇楼盖结构的特点,并结合工程实例,介绍了现浇混凝土空心无梁楼板的施工技术及GBF管的安装和固定措施。实践表明,现浇混凝土空心无梁楼板结构体系具有自重轻、降低层高、节省材料、综合造价低、刚度大、抗震性能好等特点,特别适用于大跨度、大荷载、大空间的多层和高层建筑。

Abstract:GBF tube and the structure of cast-in-situ floor is described, and combined with engineering examples, this paper deals with the cast-in-situ concrete hollow slab beams without construction technology and the installation and fixed GBF tube. Practice shows that the cast-in-situ concrete hollow slab structure has no beam light weight, lower levels, saving material and comprehensive cost is low, the stiffness and anti-seismic performance is good wait for a characteristic, especially suitable for large span and large load, large space of multi-layer and high-rise buildings.
