| 摘 要： | 高纯生铁磷、硫、钛等杂质元素含量低,用于铸造高品质铸件,市场紧俏。庚辰钢铁利用小高炉生产工艺成熟、原燃料供应稳定等特点,采取控制原燃料中杂质成分,控制好高炉内煤气流分布和还原气氛及加强操作等措施,实现了高纯生铁的连续稳定生产。

| Abstract: | High-purity pig iron,in which,the content of impurity elements such as phosphorus,sulfur and titanium is low,is used to found high quality casting and is marketable.Jinan Gengchen Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.produced high-purity pig iron in small blast furnace,which have the characteristics of mature process and stable material and fuel supply etc.Through controlling the impurity components of material and fuel,controlling well the gas flow distribution and reducing atmosphere in BF and strengthening operation and so on,they realized continuous and stable production of high-purity pig iron. |
