| 摘 要： | 以减五线馏份油溶剂精制后的抽出油为原料,采用两种方法对它的综合利用进行了研究.一是以糠醛为溶剂研制符合一定标准的橡胶填充油;二是与发烟硫酸反应,研制石油磺酸钠.生产橡胶填充油的适宜操作条件为:抽提温度80℃.剂油比3.0,在此条件下产物收率为63.00%、芳烃含量为56.84%,符合某些企业橡胶填充油标准.生产石油磺酸较适宜的操作条件为:酸油比0.12,反应温度60℃,反应时间45min,在此条件下,石油磺酸收率为64.14%.与10%氢氧化钠中和反应,采用乙醇萃取出石油磺酸钠,测定其活性物含量为42.1%,可作为表面活性剂使用.所开发的方法无论是从经济效益还是从社会效益方面考虑,在我国都将有广泛的应用前景.
