摘    要:应用乙醛酸化合物对皮胶原进行化学改性 ,在皮胶原大分子侧链上引入羧基 ,从而增加铬鞣剂与皮胶原纤维的结合点 ,提高对铬鞣剂的吸收率以达到减少铬鞣剂用量的目的。旨在探索乙醛酸化合物的助铬鞣制工艺应用特性和规律 ,研究结果可为其在制革中实际应用提供理论依据和参考

Abstract:Aldehyde acid compounds are applied in collagen chemical modification. The carboxyl can be introduced into collagen molecular side chain and added extra combining point between chrome tanning agents and collagen. Improving absorptivity of chromitans so as to reduce chrome tanning agent dosage. The specific property and regularity that aldehyde acid compound applied in aiding chromic tanning are probed. The result of aldehyde acid compound applied study can provide theory basis and reference.
