大豆蛋白纤维织物浆纱生产实践

摘    要:为提高大豆蛋白纤维织物的浆纱质量,根据大豆蛋白纤维的特性选择了以CP-L改性马铃薯淀粉为主浆料的浆料配方,在卡尔迈耶浆纱机上采用"中压力、小伸长、保被覆"的浆纱工艺,较好地贴伏了浆纱毛羽,增强了纱线的耐磨性,织造效果表明,提高了织造效率及产品质量.

Abstract:To enhance sizing quality of soybean protein fiber fabric, modified potato starch were used as main size mixture according to the specialty of soybean protein fiber. Sizing processing of medium pressure, small elongation and suitable cover were adopted in Mayer sizing machine, it has better effect of cohesion hairiness and better yarn abrasion resistance. The practice shows that weaving efficiency and product quality are enhanced.
