| 摘 要： | 给出了灰局势决策的原理与方法，介绍了不同极性目标的效果测度变换方法，提出了基于竞争力的企业合作伙伴选择的评价指标，得出了基于企业竞争力评价的合作伙伴选择的一般步骤，建立了决策模型。

| Abstract: | The principium and method in grey decision-making and the interchanging method of synthesis effect measure for different polarities index are introduced. In this paper, a systemic appraising index based on competitive for enterprise to select partner is also put forward. As a result, the procedure of selecting partner based on enterprise's competitive ability is developed and a decision model is established. |
