南水北调京石段应急供水水力控制模型研究

摘    要:为确保首都供水安全和奥运会的成功举办,南水北调京石段应急供水工程计划2007年底将河北省4座大型水库原供农业、环境的用水引入北京,因此研究确定相应的水力控制模型和算法具有非常迫切和重要的现实意义.基于从京石段的特点和渠道安全运行的角度出发,重点讨论了京石应急供水河北段明渠输水的水力计算模型.通过模型的计算来指导京石段应急供水运行和决策.

Abstract:In order to ensure water supply safety for capital Beijing and smooth conduction of the Olympic Games in 2008,water in Gangnan,Huangbizhuang,Wangkuai and Xidayang reservoirs originally servicing agriculture and environment is planned to be transferred to Beijing in 2007 through Beijing-Shijiazhuang canal section of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Transfer constructed in advance.So,the researches on correspondent hydraulic control model and computation method are urgent and possess important real significance.In consideration of the features of Beijing-Shijiazhuang canal section and canal safe operation,the special study of hydraulic computation model for open water transfer channel of Beijing-Shijiazhuang section for urgent water supply is carried out.The model computation can guide the operation of urgent water supply and policy decision.
