| Abstract: | It analyzes the current status and the mal practice of the current pricing method in order to standardize the order of the construction market after China's entry into WTO. It thinks that the internationally used pricing mode on the basis of separating working amount with the price shall be adopted, pricing method based on the finished work bill and the management mode of price formation based on the market shall be promoted according to the value regulation. The management system for construction cost shall be connected with the international economic regulation. |
