基于iSIGHT的机-液耦合举升机构的优化设计

摘    要:以某工程车辆的举升机构为研究对象,分别使用SimMechanics工具箱和Simulink工具箱建立了举升机构的机械系统仿真模型和液压系统仿真模型,通过Simulink的子系统封装技术进行模块封装,构建了举升机构的机-液耦合仿真模型,并进行了动态仿真分析.同时,使用iSIGHT的软件间协同机制对耦合系统进行了DOE分析和优化设计并获得了满意的优化设计方案.使用的建模及优化方法可作为其它机液耦合系统的仿真和优化研究的参考.

Abstract:It researches on the lifting mechanism of an engineering car,and uses SimMechanics toolbox and Simulink toolbox to establish a mechanic system simulated model and hydraulic system simulated model,uses subsystem encapsulation technology of Simulink to package the modules,then establishes mechanic-hydraulic coupled model of the lifting mechanism and realizes dynamic simulating analysis.It also uses the cooperative mechanism offered by iSIGHT to make DOE analysis and optimization design of the coupled system a...
