摘    要:考察了用D354树脂从解钼液中回收钨钼的情况。在pH=3,接触时间为40min时,D354树脂能吸附97%以上的钨钼,钨钼共吸附的饱和吸附容量可达0.238mol/L湿树脂;用10%NaOH做解吸剂,解吸效果很好,解吸液中WO3和Mo的最大浓度分别是可达100g/L和36g/L;树脂用碱性次氯酸钠再生,盐酸转型后,重复使用性能稳定。

Abstract:Investigation is made on the recovery of Mo and W from Mo stripping solution with D354 resin. >97% W and Mo is absorbed with D354 at pH=3 and contact time 40min. And the saturated absorbing capacity from W/Mo coadsorption can reach 0.238 mol/ml wet resin. The stripping results are excellent with 10% NaOH as strippant,the max concentration of WO 3 and Mo in the stripping solution can reach 100 g/l and 36 g/l respectively. The resin features stable reusability when regenerated with alkali NaClO and transformed by HCl.
