高速连铸技术的开发

摘    要:文中论述了高速连铸技术,指出防止接漏,保证钢坯质量是提高连铸速度的两大难题,而改进结晶器形状及振动方式,改善保护渣理化性能和对浸入式水口进行优化设计等方法是解决高速连铸两大难题的三项必要措施,文章重点介绍了瑞士CONCAST公司CCT技术,意大利DANIELI公司DANAM技术,结晶器振动形式及参数的优化,高速连铸保护渣理化性能的优化等新技术。

Abstract:This paper discusses the technology of high speed casting,and points out that two difficulties to increase casting speed are the protection of breakout and the insurrance of quality of billet.The three measures to solve these two problems in high speed casting are to improve the mould shape and its vibration type,to develop physical and chemical property of slags and to optimize the design of immersed nozzle.This paper mainly introduces CCT technology of Swidish CONCAST compan,PANAM technology of Italian DANIELI company,vibration type of mould,optimization of parameters and the optimization of the property of slags in high spead continuous casting.
