| 摘 要： | 介绍一种管道聚乙烯防腐层检测装置的功能和特点，在防腐保温管预制生产过程中，采用该装置可完成防腐层厚度、针孔、漏点的在线自动检测，既提高了产品检测率，也降低了工人劳动强度。在生产作业线上应用已经取得较好效果，克服了人工抽查的不足。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the function and character of detecting unit for polythene anti - corrosion layer of pipeline. In prefabrication of anti - corrosion and thermal insulation pipeline, this equipment can detect the thickness, pinhole and leak point. The application of this unit not only increases the de- tecting rate but also reduces the labor strength. The detecting unit mends the lack of artificial selective examination and achieves good efficiency. |
