摘    要:通过对超超临界汽轮机高温叶片用11Cr—Co—W—Mo—V—Nb—N—B材料的热处理工艺、室温力学性能以及组织相分析的试验研究,掌握了该材料的最佳热处理工艺,为该材料的推广使用奠定了基础。

Abstract:The heat treatment process and mechanical properties at room temperature of the high temperature blade material 11 Cr-Co-W- Mo-V-Nb-N-B used in Uhra-supercritical units are researched, and the microstructure(phase structure) is also analyzed. The opti-mized heat treatment parameter is obtained. These research results lay the foundation of extensive application of this blade material.
