摘    要:针对气压动力系统数值建模,提出了一种新的模块连接方法.统一处理管道、阀和三通连接的边界条件,实现了完全面向对象建模.用隐式方法建立了三通的数学模型,解决了三通建模的难题.通过 LU 分解和 SVD 最小二乘法相结合发展了一种求解线性方程组的新算法,从而兼顾了计算的准确性、快速性和稳定性.成功地开发了一套气压动力建模软件,仿真实例表明该软件是可靠的,可以提高建模的效率和质量.

Abstract:A new module connection method has been proposed for numerical modeling of multi-loop pneuma- tic pressure power system(PPPS),and establishment of boundary conditions for pipelines,valves and tee joints.The numerical model of tee is solved using implicit method to settle the difficult tee modeling problem. A new algorithm has been developed for solving linear equations by combining LU's decomposition with SVD's least square method,and the model built is more accurate and stable.From the above research achievements, a PPTS modeling software has been successfully developed.A case study indicates that this software is relia- ble,and can further improve the modeling efficiency and quality.
