| 摘 要： | 介绍了三釜连续聚合生产工艺中气相热载体的性质、安装和使用要求。对酯化用气相热载体系统进行了改造。改变了移液管的热载体加热、放空管线和回液管线。改造后,酯化移液阀再未出现移液不均匀的现象,在工艺控制和事故处理时更加平稳顺利。

| Abstract: | The properties,installation and application requirements of the gas phase heat carrier used in the three autoclaves continuous polymerization production technology was introduced.The gas phase heat carrier system used in esterification process was modified.The heat carrier heating,blow down and liquid recovery pipeline of the transfer pipe was changed.After modification,the transfer unevenness phenomenon of the esterification transfer valve never returned.The tehnology control and accident treatment was steady and smoothly. |
