摘    要:借助ANSYS/LS—DYNA仿真软件,采用热力耦合有限元的方法,在对H型钢进行多道次轧制仿真分析的基础上,对该轧件中间道次的温度场进行了详细的分析。轧件选择两种不同的材料模型(选择相同的材料结构参数和热力学参数),分析了轧件的温度场分布,并与文献数据对比,结果与文献数据吻合良好,对生产具有一定的指导意义。同时,分析了轧后轧件的应变场分布,并讨论了金属的流动情况。

Abstract:By means of ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation software and thermal-mechanical coupled finite element method, the simulation analysis for multi-rolling of H-beam was carried out and the thermal filed distribution of H-beam in its middle rolling was obtained. Two different material models (select the same material structure and thermodynamic parameters) were selected and the results were very close to the published reference data. The strain filed distribution and metal flow state were also analyzed.
