摘    要:目前,轮胎技术发展重点关注两方面问题.一是REACH法规.二是轮胎用新标识。受国际大环境的影响.低能耗、低污染、低排放影响着企业的发展,也促使行业技术不断进步,越来越严格的实施细则和规范无一不促使轮胎工业向着更环保、节能、安全方向发展,由此对合成橡胶的发展和需求也产生了重要影响。

Abstract:At present, safety and environmental protection, green energy-saving, high performance and intelligent are the development directions of tire technology. The EU REACH Regulations, the new tyre labels of European Union and the United States accelerated innovation of tire technology, also put forward new demands for synthetic rubber for tire. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of plasticizers in the oil system in REACH Regulations, pointing out that in practical applications, considering the type and amount of oil effect on the rubber properties; As tire rolling resistance and wet skid resistance in the new regulations, speeding up the development and application of new rubber material, and continuous improvement and optimization of formulation technology to gradually improve the functional performance of tires.
