| 摘 要： | 分析了我国西部地区高新技术产业发展的现状和困境;指出了高新技术产业的特性是能充分发挥中小企业所具有的优点和长处,为中小企业提供了难得的发展机遇,反过来中小企业的发展也促进了高新技术产业的成长;讨论了西部中小企业与高新技术产业的互动发展可以促进西部的经济增长;阐述了促进西部中小企业与高新技术产业共同发展的思路。

| Abstract: | It analyzes the situation and the difficulties of West high-tech industry's development. It also points out the characters of the industry that it can exert SMEs' virtue sufficiently and offer them rare development chance. In contrary SMEs' development can accelerate high-tech industry's development. It also discusses that the interaction between West SMEs and high-tech industry can accelerate the increase of West economy and it also puts forward the idea that we should accelerate West SMEs and high-tech industry's corporate development. |
