基于Pro/E的泵叶轮体注射模设计

摘    要:以泵叶轮体注射模的设计过程为例,在分析塑料成型工艺的基础上,基于Pro/E的CAD/CAM模块,对该注射模具的设计过程进行了全面的阐述。与传统的注射模设计相比,应用Pro/E的CAD/CAM模块进行注射模设计,可以大大缩短产品研发周期、模具设计周期和加工周期,提高产品设计的准确性,降低产品开发和模具设计成本。

Abstract:An injection mould for pump impeller body was designed based on an analysis of plastic forming process and CAD/CAM module of Pro/E software. The design procedure of the mould was described in detail. Compared with conventional design, this computer-aided method can greatly shorten the period in developing, designing and manufacturing. At the same time, the design accuracy can be enhanced and the cost of development be greatly decreased.
