牙轮钻头YG11硬质合金喷嘴真空扩散焊工艺夹层材料选择试验

摘    要:为解决用模压法分段成形后再用真空扩散焊制造牙轮钻头新型喷嘴的焊接工艺关键问题,进行了YG11硬质合金真空扩散焊工艺夹层材料的选择试验。工艺夹层材料的成分、形态和厚度等因素对焊缝质量影响的试验结果表明,采用冷轧态的Cu箔或Ni箔作工艺夹层,焊缝抗剪强度可达645MYa和807MPa,比无工艺夹层分别提高了5.5倍和7倍。在试验的最佳焊接工艺参数下,采用冷轧态10μm厚Ni箔作工艺夹层材料,可获得与YG11硬质合金等强度、致密和耐钻井液冲蚀的优质焊缝。

Abstract:In order to solve the key problem with the vacuum diffusion bonding technology for the in sections mould-pressed bit nozzels, a test for selecting the technological sandwich material for vacuum diffusion bonding of YG11 alloy is conducted. The result of the test for the influence of the elemental composition, shape and thickness of the sandwich material on the quality of the bonding seam shows that, by using the cold-rolled Cu foil or Ni foil as sandwich, the shear strength of the bonding seam reaches 645MPa and 807MPa, 5. 5 times and 7 times higher than that without sandwich. Using the optimum bondingparameters and adopting the cold-rolled Ni foil of 10 μm thick as sandwich material, a bonding strength identical with the strength of YG11 alloy itself can be obtained.
