摘    要:本文采用X射线衍射技术分析了喷射成形镍基高温合金在不同状态下的晶格常数变化规律,由此对喷射深积坯的冷却效果进行了评价,提出用“综合冷却速度”的概念来统一表征 射成形材料的快速凝固效果,并分析了喷射成形条件下晶格畸变和固溶度变化。

Abstract:In this paper,the lattice parameter variations were analyzed by X-ray diffraction for the spray formed superalloy in several states. The cooling effect of the material was subsequently estimated,and the concept of comprehensive cooling rate was proposed to characterize and describe integrally this cooling effect experienced in both atomi~zation and deposition. The lattice distortion and extension of solute solid solution were also analyzed.
