| 摘 要： | 结合我省新农村规划建设的实践,分析了现状农村规划存在的主要问题和不足,提出了在规划建设中赋于村庄、居民点术语新的内涵,建立城乡规划编制六个层次的总框架,进一步明确了新农村规划主要内容包括村庄居民点体系规划和中心居民点建设规划,并对新农村规划建设标准和实施路径提出了要求和建议.

| Abstract: | Through applying the practice of new countryside construction of Anhui Province,this article has analyzed main problems and shortages existing in current rural planning,brought forth new connotation of village and settlements in construction planning,established 6-level frameworks for urban and rural planning,further identified that new countryside planning mainly includes village settlement system planning and central settlement construction planning,and finally put up requirments and suggestions for planning and construction standards and implementation measures of new countryside. |
