石油焦细粉煅烧研究

摘    要:目前石油焦细粉含量越来越高,已严重影响了预焙阳极煅烧、配料等生产过程,选用不同于煤沥青的4种黏结剂对石油焦细粉进行成型、煅烧等工艺处理,并分析了真密度、粉末电阻率、强度、热稳定性等性能。实验结果表明,本研究能改善细粉含量过高石油焦的煅烧质量。

Abstract:Current situation of petroleum coke for manufacting carbon material for aluminium is that there are much more petrol coke fines,which seriously affected the technological process such as calcinations and ingredient. Several kinds of matter were selected as the binder which differed from coal pitch ,and mixed with petroleum coke fines.The performance of treaed coke was analysed after calcination. Experimental result indicated that the treated petrol coke fines after calcinations can improve the calcination quality of the petroleum coke with high content coke fine and meet the demand of anode production.
