山桃稠李花色苷水解条件的研究

山桃稠李的花色苷是一类从山桃稠李果实中提取的天然活性成分，其水解后得到花色素和糖类，对花色素的研究有助于了解花色苷的结构和性质。本实验采用HCl水解山桃稠李花色苷制备花色素，通过高效液相色谱测定花色素含量来监测花色苷的水解程度，确定了山桃稠李花色苷的最佳水解条件：水解时间为1h、HCl浓度为3mol·L^-1,固液比为1：9。应用高效液相色谱法分析花色素类物质具有简便、快捷、准确、可靠等优点。
