| 摘 要： | 对产聚β-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)的微生物菌种、PHB高产菌株的诱变和筛选方法及基因工程技术在PHB合成中的应用研究成果进行了综述,总结了目前诱变选育聚β-羟基丁酸酯高产菌株研究中存在的问题,并对PHB高产菌株诱变筛选的研究前景和方向进行了展望,以期为进一步研究和利用PHB提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The new advance on research of species of PHB producing strain,mutagenesis and selecting stain for high yield of PHB and the recently achievement on application of genetic engineering for PHB synthesis were reviewed.The problems of current research in mutagenesis and selecting stain for high yield of PHB were generalized.The future and path to follow of mutagenesis and breeding bacterial strain for high yield of PHB was prospected,so as to provide theory basis for further research and utilize them. |
