基于厚壁圆筒理论的组合凹模优化设计

摘    要:运用传统的厚壁圆筒理论按Tresca屈服准则建立不同层数组合凹模所能承受的内压与其总直径比的数学关系模型,应用拉格朗日乘数法对组合凹模参数进行了优化设计,探讨了提高组合凹模承载能力和减少模具尺寸的途径。

Abstract:This paper,by means of traditional thick walled cylinder theories and Tresca yield rule,establishes the math relationship model between permissible inner pressure of composed concave die with different layers and total ratio of outside diameter and inside diameter.Lagrange multiplier method is used to optimige design of composed concave die's parameter,we have studied ways of improving loading capacity of composed concave die and decreasing its sizes.
