摘    要:水平井若采用筛管防砂,合理的防砂网孔径的确定尤为重要。防砂网孔径太大,则容易出砂;太小又可能发生堵塞而影响产能。采用实验方法,通过建立物理模型,确定防砂网上附加压力和累积出砂量等两个关键物理参量,从而得到水平井防砂网合理网孔孔径。

Abstract:Reasonable aperture of sand prevention meshwork is important if liner in sand prevention of horizontal well is adopted. If aperture is too large, sanding will occur; if aperture is too small, sand prevention meshwork will build up, so as to affect off - take potential. Experimental method is adopted in this paper, through construction of physical model,two pivotal physical parameters are established: supplementary pressure on meshwork and accumulative sand production rate. Reasonable aperture of sand prevention meshwork of horizontal well is obtained accordingly.
