微波技术在苦瓜甙提取中的应用

摘    要:采用平行对照试验对比了水煮法与微波法在鲜苦瓜中所提取苦瓜甙的总量。结果证明 :微波提取法明显优于常规水煮法。并采用正交试验法 [1 ]考察了微波技术提取工艺中苦瓜投料物液比、微波输出功率、提取时间对提取效果的影响 ,优选出微波提取的最佳方案。

Abstract:A paralled test was carried out using the microwave technique extraction process and the traditional water extraction. The result proved :microwave extraction method is superior to the traditional water extraction method. The orthogonal test design was used to arrange sequent experiments to test the effect of the three main factors including the proportion of fruit and water, microwave power and extraction time on the extraction efficiency of momordica charantia L and to establish optimal extraction process.
