基于SPCE061A单片机的颜色检测系统的设计

摘    要:颜色的辨识在许多应用中具有重要作用,如流水线上基于颜色的产品分拣,利用彩色特征的机器人自动引导等。本文给出了一种基于SPCE061A单片机、采用可编程光/频率转换器件TCS230实现的颜色检测系统,介绍了TCS230的工作原理、该颜色检测系统的硬件和软件设计以及颜色测量数据的处理方法。实验结果表明,该系统可用于对颜色的快速现场辨识,并具有结构简单、成本低、便于使用的特点。

Abstract:Color recognition plays important role in many applications,such as color-based product sorting,automatic guided robot with color mark.In this paper,a SPCE061A-based color recognizer implemented with programmable light-to-frequency converter TCS230 is presented.Operating principle of TCS230 is introduced,and hardware/software design and measured data processing of the color recognizer are described.The experimental results show that colors are fast field distinguishable with the system,and simple system structure,low implementation cost and user-friendliness are obtained with the design.
