茂金属/Ziegler-Natta复合催化剂催化乙烯/己烯共聚合

摘    要:介绍了茂金属 /Ziegler Natta复合催化剂用于乙烯 /己烯共聚合的情况 ,讨论了聚合温度、甲基铝氧烷 (MAO)用量、共聚单体浓度等因素对共聚合的影响 ,同时研究了预聚合的作用 ,探讨了共聚物的结构和性能。所得聚合物具有宽的相对分子质量分布 ,通过1 3C NMR分析 ,共聚单体己烯倾向于孤立地分布于聚合物链中。

Abstract:The novel combined metallocene/ZieglerNatta catalyst was described for ethylene/hexene copolymerization.The effect on copolymerization of reaction temperature,amount of MAO used,and monomer concentration was studied.The effect of prepolymerization,as well as the structure and properties of copolymer was also investigated.The polymers prepared have broad molecular weight distribution.From the analysis by 13CNMR,it is suggested that the comonomer 1hexene tends to be present in an isolated state in the copolymer chains.
