蒸馏装置塔顶缓蚀剂技术现状

重点介绍了国内外蒸馏塔顶缓蚀剂的研究现状。由于水溶性缓蚀剂对塔顶系统初凝区的缓蚀效果欠佳,因而开发新型的油溶性缓蚀剂已成为发展方向。日、关炼油厂在中和剂、缓蚀剂以及自动化注入方面进行了较大投入,已使装置10年无事故。国内开发研制的RP-01T,BZH-1和CN1111683A等中和缓蚀剂对抑制塔顶冷凝系统的腐蚀效果显著,有些药剂可使腐蚀速率降至0.1mm/a以下,水中铁离子含量小于1mg/L。

Status-quo of Corrosion Inhibitor Technology of Crude Distillation Tower Overhead

The status-quo of study on the corrosion inhibitor of crude distillation towers overhead in domestic and overseas refineries is highlighted . As the water soluble corrosion inhibitor performs poorly in the preliminary condensing section of the tower, the development of the new oil soluble corrosion inhibitor becomes a necessity.The refiners in Japan and United States have made a large investment in the development of neutralizers, corrosion inhibitors and automatic injection system and their units have been running for more than 10 years without upsets. The inhibitors of RP-01T, BZH-1 and CN1111683A etc developed by Chinese vendors have also been proven effective in inhibiting the corrosion in overhead condensing system. Some chemicals can reduce the corrosion rate to 0.1 mm/yr and iron ion in water is less than 1 mg/L.
