矿业经济区发展阶段划分与可持续发展模式研究

摘    要:在霍夫曼定理和资源型城市分类的基础上,以矿业经济区矿产资源储量、矿产资源开发、资源服务年限、科技支撑能力、环境容量、政府政策为标准,将矿业经济区划分为四个发展阶段:富集型-成长型矿业经济区、成长型-发展型矿业经济区、发展型-成熟型矿业经济区、成熟型-转型矿业经济区,并总结了各矿业经济区发展阶段的特点。分析了矿业经济区阶段发展趋势和矿业经济区间系统发展的动力机制,基于上述结论提出各矿业经济区阶段可持续发展模式及实现途径。

Abstract:On the basis of the Hoffman theorem and classification of the resource-based cities, with mineral resources reserves, mineral resources development, years of service, technology support capacity, environmental capacity, government policies of mining economic zone as the standard, mining economic zone is divided into four divisions development stage: enrichment-growth mining economic zone, growth-development mining economic zone, development-mature mining economic zone, mature-transition mining economic zone, and we summarize the various features of development stages of mining economic zone. We analyze the development trends of mining economic zone stages and dynamic mechanism of mining economic interval systems, and in view of these conclusions, we advanced sustainable development model of every mining economic zone.
