锌烟灰浸出液中铟、锗的提取

摘    要:以锌烟灰硫酸化焙烧—浸出得到的浸出液为原料,采用P204萃铟、丹宁酸沉锗的方法实现了溶液中铟、锗的提取。以P204为萃取剂,盐酸溶液为反萃剂,铟的萃取率、反萃率均大于99%。铟萃余液用丹宁酸沉锗,最佳条件下的锗沉淀率大于99%。

Abstract:Processes of indium extract by P204 and germanium precipitation by tannic acid were used in this study to extract the rare metals, indium and germanium from the leach liquor which was generated from zinc dust sulfation roasting-leaching process. Using P204 as extractant and hydrochloric acid as stripping agent, the extraction and stripping ratios of indium were greater than 99%. The germanium precipitation by tannic acid from indium raffinate under the optimum conditions was greater than 99%.
