射频能量作用下生物组织含水量测量系统

摘    要:水分是人体生物组织中的主要成份,在电凝器闭合时组织严重脱水,以组织水分含量作为检测参数,可为电凝闭合器提供功率等参数控制的反馈。运用水分吸收光谱特性,通过采集透射光强,检测生物组织在射频能量作用下的水分含量变化情况。并对射频能量发生模块进行改造,搭建生物组织水分含量变化情况检测模块,利用系统采集到水分含量变化情况的相关数据,作为反馈信息控制能量输出。

Abstract:Water is the main ingredient in the all biological tissues. There is serious dehydration when electric coagulation operation finished. Using the water content as a testing parameter can provide feedback of parameter control. In this experimental study, water absorption peak is used in the research as an optical theory, detecting the change situation of biological tissue water content during radio frequency (RF) energy operation in the way of collecting the intensity of transmission light. In this paper, we modify the RF energy generation module, build biological tissue water content change situation detection module, validate the test system safety, use the system to collect the related parameter of water content change situation as feedback information to control energy output, and validate the feasibility of comprehensive biological properties analysis methods.
