摘    要:采用循环伏安曲线、阴极极化曲线、XRD和SEM研究了氯化胆碱(ChCl)、甜菜碱盐酸盐(BH)两种添加剂对ZnSO4-(NH4)2SO4体系中锌电沉积行为以及锌镀层结构和形貌的影响。结果表明,ChCl添加剂使沉积电位正移,镀层由大而厚的锌片组成,呈(100)和(101)择优取向;而加入BH使沉积电位负移,镀层由薄锌片层层堆积而成,呈(101)择优取向。

Abstract:The electrodeposition behavior, structure and morphology of zinc from ZnSO4-(NH4)2SO4 baths have been investigated by cyclic voltammetry, potentiodynamic polarization techniques, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the initial deposition potential moves positively by adding ChCl, the zinc electrodeposits with the preferred orientation of (101) and (100) are composed of large and thick zinc flakes. However, the initial deposition potential moves negatively by adding BH, the zinc electrodeposits with the preferred orientation of (101) are composed of stacked layer of thin zinc flakes.
