双搅拌釜中油酸臭氧氧化裂解的传质-反应动力学

摘    要:壬二酸是一种重要的精细化工中间体。本试验在双搅拌釜内,研究了油酸臭氧氧化裂解制取壬二酸两步气液反应的传质-反应动力学。结果表明:第一步臭氧化反应为快速拟一级反应,当温度为305 K时,该反应的二级反应速率常数k_2=2.32×10~4m~3·kmol~(-1)·s~(-1),增强因子E与液相油酸浓度c_(BL)的关系为:E=402.7c_(BL)~(1/2)(R~2=0.98);第二步臭氧氧化物氧气氧化裂解反应也为快速拟一级反应,当温度为363 K时,该反应的二级反应速率常数k_2=2.06×10~4m~3·mol~(-1)·s~(-1),增强因子E与臭氧氧化物浓度c_(BL)的关系为:E=346.6 c~(BL)~(1/2)(R~2=0.95)。研究结果将为油酸氧化裂解制取壬二酸的气液反应器的设计提供依据。

Mass transfer and reaction kinetics of oleic acid ozonolysis and oxidative cracking in double-stirred cell
Abstract:Azelaic acid is an important fine chemical intermediate. In this paper, the mass transfer and reaction kinetics for the production of azelaic acid by two steps oxidative cracking of oleic acid were studied in a double-stirred cell respectively. Results showed that the first ozonolysis step was a pseudo-first reaction, the second-order rate constant k2 was 2.32×104 m3?kmol-1?s-1 at 305 K, and the correlation equation for the enhancement factor E and oleic acid concentration in liquid phase cBL1/2 listed as follows: E = 402.7? cBL1/2 (correlation coefficients R2=0.98); the second cracking step was also a pseudo-first reaction, the second-order rate constant k2 was 2.06×104 m3?kmol-1*s-1 at 363 K, and the correlation equation for the enhancement factor E and ozonide concentration in liquid phase cBL1/2 listed as follows: E = 346.6*cBL1/2 (correlation coefficients R2=0.95). The results would provide the basis for the design of gas-liquid reactor in the production of azelaic acid by oxidative cracking of oleic acid.
