| 摘 要： | 我国对矿产资源补偿费征收的开采回采率等规定存在着争议,本文通过对我国十几年来矿产资源补偿费征收经验的总结,以及对矿产品销售收入和开采回采率的分析,提出了完善开采回采率的建议:1矿产资源补偿费征收与开采回采率系数挂钩;2严格确定开采回采率系数;3界定矿产品的销售收入。本文的研究为制定矿产资源补偿费征收管理政策提供依据。
