摘    要:本文研究了新型捕收剂ZMC在铝土矿正浮选中的应用。采用ZMC捕收剂,针对不同品级的铝土矿,采用一粗两扫两精的浮选技术工艺,正浮选闭路试验取得了优异的工艺指标。针对铝硅比为4.5的铝土矿,获得了铝硅比7.04,氧化铝回收率92.16%的精矿;针对铝硅比为3的铝土矿,获得了铝硅比7.72,氧化铝回收率70.56%的精矿。

Abstract:A novel collector ZMC useful for bauxite flotation was studied in this paper. By employing the ZMC collector to process two kinds of bauxite ores, outstanding results were gained in the flotation circuit tests. Processing the bauxite ores of A/S=4.5 and A/S=3, the A/S of final concentrate are 7.04 and 7.72; the recovery rate of Al2O3 are 92.16% and 70.56%, respectively.
