| 摘 要： | 分析了汽车覆盖件模具的结构和工艺特点，提出了基于零件分组和面向工艺决策的特征描述方法；介绍了CIMS环境下汽车覆盖件模具CAPP系统。该系统采用特征信息与工艺规则相匹配的基于规则的工艺决策方法，以及按零件特征搜索相似零件工艺的基于实例的工艺生成方法，实现了工艺设计的自动化。
