| 摘 要： | 以丙烯酸、丙烯磺酸钠和次磷酸钠为原料 ,合成了含磷丙烯酸 -丙烯磺酸钠共聚物阻垢分散剂。最佳工艺条件为 :丙烯酸与丙烯磺酸钠的物质的量比为 6∶1 ,次磷酸钠和引发剂的用量分别为单体总质量的 1 0 %和 1 5% ,反应时间 4h ,反应温度 95℃。阻垢实验结果表明 ,含磷丙烯酸-丙烯磺酸钠共聚物对碳酸钙、硫酸钙和磷酸钙的阻垢率分别为 73 1 %、1 0 0 0 %和 87 9%。

| Abstract: | The scale control and dispersion agent,copolymer of phosphor containing acrylic acid(AA) and sodium allylsulfonate(SAS),was synthesized by using acrylic acid,sodium allylsulfonate and sodium hypophosphite(SHP).The best process conditions were as follows:molar ratio of AA to SAS=6∶1,amount of sodium hypophosphite and initiator were 10% and 15% of the monomer respectively,reaction time was 4 h and reaction temperature was 95 ℃.The results of static scale control experiment showed that the scale inhibition rate of phosphor containing sulfonate copolymer for carbonate,sulfate and phosphate scale were 73 1%,100.0% and 87 8% respectively. |
