| 摘 要： | 分析纽约电力调度中心（NYISO）、美国PJM市场运营机构（PJMISO）、新英格兰电力调度中心（ISO—NE）以及加州电力调度中心（CAISO）4个电力市场引入需求侧响应机制后的市场参与者职责划分、实施阶段配套措施、费率设计及分摊方法，以及包括系统效益、用户效益、社会效益在内的3个层面的效益，通过对比研究得出4个电力市场实施需求侧响应（DR）的差异与共性之处，详细阐述了实施DR的成功经验。在此基础上，探讨我国实施DR过程中面临的问题，以及对电力市场中引入需求侧响应的几点启示。
