摘    要:电火花强化技术是利用脉冲放电产生高温原理,将硬质合金材料熔渗到工模具及易损件的工作面上,形成一层高硬度、高强度、耐磨和耐温,又不剥离的硬质合金强化层。是一种新技术、新方法,有着广泛应用价值。据此,对其技术的应用进行了概述。

Abstract:The principle of the electric spark strengthening technique was utilizing impulse discharge to come into being high temperature, to melt cemented carbide stuff and to seep on the working faces of the tool and moulding cutter and easy wear workpiece, thus to take shape one tier high hardness, high strength, wear-resistant and temperature-resistant cemented carbide strengthened layer that not come off. It was one kind of new technique and new means that had extensive use value. In view of the above, the application situation of this technique was elaborated in this article.
