| 摘 要： | 该机利用运动分配轴控制所有执行机构的协调运动,借助于槽轮间歇运动机构的工作圆盘,在多个顶杆同时往复运动的作用下,完成电池壳上料、装环、复压检测,传送、退料输送、次品剔除等自动装环检测过程。生产效率高,质量好,性能稳定,是替代手工组装和半机械化组装线的理想设备。该原理同样适用于其它规格电池的组装工艺过程。

| Abstract: | This machine was designed with motion toppet shaft,job rotating pan of Geneva intermittent motion, five push rods simultaneous crank motion. It could complete shell providing, entering ring, repushing inspection, conveyer, returning shell and sub-standard products rejecting. It was high efficiency, good quality and could replace the hand or semi-mechanized assembling process. Its principle was suitable to alkaline Zn-MnO2 battery. |
