摘    要:分别探讨了4种单组分助磨剂对玄武岩的助磨效果,并通过XRD、IR、SEM和粒度分析等微观测试方法揭示其结构与粉磨特性之间的内在联系。结果表明,多元醇类对玄武岩的助磨效果明显优于醇胺类,且碳链较短的多元醇效果更优,并得到了助磨和增强效果优异的复合型玄武岩助磨剂。

Application of grinding aids for grinding of basalt taken from Ermashan area and its mechanism research

Abstract:The grinding effects of the four kinds of grinding aids on basalt were discussed respectively.The intrinsic link between structure of grinding aids and its grinding characteristics were studied by XRD,IR,SEM and particle size distribution.The results showed that the grinding effect of polyols was superior to polyols amine,and the shorter carbon chain of the polyols the better for grinding efficiency.Follow this indication we got the composite-grinding aids with great grinding effect and reinforced effect.
