摘 要: | 采用螺旋输送的方式将再次加工后的热值为12500kJ/kg以上、含氯量为0.13%左右的矿化垃圾投入水泥窑分解炉焚烧以替代水泥燃料,结果表明:添加垃圾后,除NOx实测浓度和排放速率显著下降外,水泥窑窑尾废气测点中总悬浮颗粒物(TSPs)、HCl、HF、SO2、CO污染物实测浓度和排放速率均显著上升,而且波动很大。2.5t/h的垃圾投加量对窑系统的影响较小,主要工艺参数均正常,无较大幅度的波动,但分解炉喂煤量调整较为频繁。入窑热生料中的S含量无明显变化,而K、Cl的含量显著升高,但均在可控范围内。添加垃圾后烧制的水泥熟料,其抗压强度、抗折强度、标准稠度用水量均有所降低,但变化不显著;初凝时间和终凝时间有所升高,熟料饱和比显著下降。

Abstract: | Re-processing of aged refuses with the heating value of 12 500kJ/kg or even more, and chlorine content about 0.13%, was fed into cement kiln as an alternative fuel by a screw conveyor. The results showed that the measured concentra- tion and emission rate of NO~ were decreased significantly, and the measured concentration and emission rate of TSPs, HC1, HF, SO2 and CO that from exhaust gas were increased and fluctuated significantly after adding alternative fuels. Dosage of 2.5t/h of alternative fuels affected little on kiln system, the main process parameters were normal and had no more substantial fluctuations, but the amount of feeding coal at calciner were adjusted more frequently. Element of S in hot raw materials feed- ing into kiln seemed no significant changes while K and C1 content was increased significantly within the manageable range. The compressive strength, flexural strength and water requirement for normal consistency all reduced when using alternative fuels, but it was not significant. The initial setting time and final setting time were elongated while the lime-saturation factor of clinker was decreased significantly. |
