寒区ATPB基层抗冻性能研究

摘    要:开级配沥青稳定碎石基层(ATPB)是一种路面内部排水结构。这种基层具有较大的空隙率,能及时排走滞留在路面内部的水分,并能有效地减少反射裂缝的发生。北方寒冷地区路面损坏很多时候是由于冻胀等因素所引起的,这种基层可以减小水分的冻胀作用,增加中面的使用寿命。文中研究ATPB基层材料的选择要求,用大型马歇尔试件进行冻融循环试验来描述其抗冻性能,分析ATPB基层抗冻性能的影响因素,并提出寒冷地区的适用性。

Abstract:Asphalt-treated permedble base(ATPB)is a kind of internal draining water structure for pavement. The base has bigger percent air voids and can promptly detain interior water of pavement, and can effectively reduce the reflection crack. In north cold area pavement is usually distressed because of heave factor, and the base may reduce water heave function and increase pavement service life. This paper has researched the ATPB material choice request, and described its frost resistance performance using large-scale Marshall test and frozing and thawing cycle test, and analyzed the factors which influence the ATPB base frost resistance performance, and proposed the application for cold areas.
