用等压力角[α]设计凸轮轮廓曲线

摘    要:在讨论了凸轮轮廓曲线与压力角的关系的基础上,探讨了等压力角凸轮机构轮廓曲线的设计方法,用改进型的欧拉公式经FORTRAN编程得出相应的轮廓曲线,并着重分析了凸轮机构中基圆半径、偏距和压力角各参数的变化对凸轮轮廓曲线的影响。该设计方法可以提高凸轮机构传动的平稳性,为凸轮机构的广泛应用提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In respect to the relationship between cam profile and pressure angles, the design method of cam profile with constant pressure angle was discussed and the cam profile was derived by means of the Euler Formula and the FORTRAN program. Special emphasis was laid on the effect of radius, setover, pressure angle and other parameters on the cam profile. The design method under discussion can further enhance the stability of cam mechanism and serve as the theoretical basis for its wide applications.
