冲击式滑阀开炮机构的研究和设计

摘    要:空气炮作为飞机鸟撞实验工具。其实验质量和控制精度的高低与空气炮开炮机构有关。理论分析了目前常见的气动阎开炮机构在鸟弹控制精度方面的缺陷,并针对其缺陷设计了一种新的开炮机构:冲击式滑阀开炮机构。由理论计算和实际结果比较得出,所设计的开炮机构比以前的开炮机构在控制精度上有很大的提高。

Abstract:The air cannon is a bird impact testing tool for airplane. Its quality of testing and control precision depend on the trigger device largely. The defects of the commonly used trigger devices with pneumatic valves in control precision of birdshots are analyzed. As a result, a new type trigger device, i.e. the trigger device with impact slide valve gear, is developed so as to avoid these defects. Based on the theoretical calculation and experimental data, the control precision of the new type trigger device has been improved greatly.
